“I used to be one of those people. You know the type: Get up in the morning get dressed for a workout and then magically find some excuse not to exercise. Now it has all changed. Just over a month ago I was referred to Bridgetown Physical Therapy. Bridgetown has a lovely workout facility located in the heart of downtown Portland and they have parking. What more could you ask for? How about two very sweet, well trained handsome therapists to work with. I have been working closely with Josh, whose kind and encouraging demeanor coupled with his ability to understand my injuries, has helped me to lose over eight inches and fifteen pounds in just one month. With only two therapists working in this stat of the art facility you rarely even see another person while being trained to use the workout equipment. More than a little self conscious about my weight, I feel very comfortable working with Josh on the different machines. He has helped me reach a level of confidence that has enabled me to join a gym. Well I didn’t just join; I have even workout out at the gym. In addition I am walking every day, have more energy and really enjoy my workouts with Josh twice a week. Thank you for everything.”
